Delivery & Returns

Placing an order

Orders placed on our website before 2pm Mon through to Friday will be despatched within 1-2 working days. Orders placed after this time will be despatched the following working day, any orders placed over the weekend will be processed and despatched on the first working day.

Orders are despatched via Courier or 'Signed For' post, with most deliveries taking place the day after despatch. You will need to sign for your order so please ensure someone is available to accept your delivery.

Shipping Information

We will require a full delivery address when your order is placed. It is our policy that all products sold on our site are priced EXCLUSIVE of V.A.T. VAT is calculated at the current rate of 20% and 5% depending on product. All orders are normally dispatched the within 1-2 working days.

Should there be a delay in delivery then we will notify you within 24 hrs, you will be advised of the expected delivery date or if the product is no longer available, and given the opportunity to cancel your order or accept an alternative product.

All goods are dispatched using Interlink Carriers

Please allow 1-3 working days for delivery. In the event that your order does not arrive please contact us and we will start a trace using our carriers online tracking service. Tracking Number

Once your order has been despatched from our Warehouse we will be able to offer you a Tracking Number. If you require a tracking number please email admin@mpscleaning.co.uk with your name, address and order number.

Delivery Charge

We charge a single delivery fee of £5.50 (ex VAT) - however if you spend more than £50 (ex VAT) or offer to collect your order, then your order will qualify for Free Delivery.

Returns & Damages

In the unlikely event that your order is damaged or incomplete please contact orders@mpscleaning.co.uk clearly stating your name, address, order number and what the issue may be. Any damages/missing items must be reported within 3 days of receipt of your order, any claims after this time will not be accepted.

If you decide you do not want your goods then please email us before returning goods. You must bear the cost of returning the goods to us and ensure that goods are in perfect condition, un-opened and in a re-saleable condition. Once we are in receipt we will then process your refund. In the event that goods are not in a re-saleable condition no refund will be given.

We can only ship to Mainland UK, please note that orders placed for Northern Ireland or the Scottish Highlands will be cancelled and payment refunded.
